Head of Projects (m/f)

As Head of Projects you ensure that projects are executed and fulfilled according to the specifications and agreed terms &conditions within the available budget. To achieve our goals you manage and coach the production employees and the division managers are your direct contact partners.

Your proactive management style enables you to manage and control processes in the execution of projects and tasks. From the moment a project is accepted as an order, you will check the order confirmation, initial estimates and specifications. You will participate in kick-off meetings in which the transfer from sales to production is settled and you initiate and take part in progress meetings. By following department reports and interviews, you are always aware of the quality control and planning.

You're a team manager who inspires and coaches his/her staff. Assessment, training and reward are your methodical tools to maintain and develop your team, without disturbing the good atmosphere and team spirit.

You're university level educated, you have extensive experience in the refractory industry, you have basic English and German spoken and written skills, you are VCA certified and hold a BE driver’s license. If you recognize yourself in this profile, we invite you to apply for this job.

Functieomschrijving:

Als monteur bij Thermoheat ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van isolatiewerkzaamheden met beton, steen en vezel. Dit enerzijds in onze werkplaats en anderzijds op locatie bij de klant. In dit laatste geval ben je ook het visitekaartje van ons bedrijf. Ervaring in de vuurvaste isolatie is niet noodzakelijk, dit brengen wij je wel bij.

LBO opleiding
Technische aanleg
Werkervaring in de industrie of bouw voor tenminste 3 jaar
